Rondo red grapes are gently crushed, using only free-run juice for fermentation with natural yeasts. The slow fermentation process is followed by racking in January and a 6-month resting period in stainless steel tanks. Bottling takes place in late November/December.
This elegant, light red wine features soft tannins, making it excellent on its own or paired with grilled meats and pizza. It is best served at 12–15°C.
Crafted from organic grapes, it embodies the essence of Goût de Terroir, the natural interplay of soil, climate, and environment shaping its unique flavors.
