Viking Irish Drinks is a small company in Waterford, Ireland, specialising in crafting unique and diverse cider styles based on traditional farm recipes. In addition, a small batch of white wine, using Solaris grapes, and red wine, Rondo grapes, are produced annually.

Additionally, special batches of Blackcurrant and White Wine Liqueurs, and (Nádúrtha) Pet- Nat are produced.
