Food pairings- A perfect match for all charcutier nibbles, try with Foie gras or pate , a pre dinner drink over an ice cube with one drop of angostura bitters, or as part of a cocktails, Try 3 parts white wine liqueur and 1 part cognac , chill the wine first and serve in a brandy glass with a slice of orange.
