A blend of Katy (Dessert apple ) and Vicky(Bittersweet cider Apple) are used for this cuvee, a robust blend is required for the infusion of dried hops, which impart tropical flavours to the finished cider, this is ideal for coeliac/ vegan who like the taste of Hop beer but cannot tolerate the gluten. 5.5% ABV 5.2 grams per litre of Tartaric acid. 50cl bottle.
