Natural yeast fermented cider is from our late harvest cider apples, Dabinett , Michelin , Yarlington mill, Foxwhelps , Kingston black , Harry masters and some Bramley for acidity . Gluten free and coeliac friendly . 5.5% ABV 5 grams per litre of tartaric acid. 50 cl bottle
Tasting note.... Mild flavored medium dry with sweet apple notes and a soft easy finish, serve well chilled in Summer and less so in winter.
Food.... Try with roast chicken/Pork and a cider gravy with the trimmings, Grilled salmon and parsley butter, Steamed cider mussels and garlic toast, Durrus farmhouse cheese or similar style cheeses.
Cider makers note... Apart from drinking this cider, it can be used like wine for reductions in sauces, stocks and gravy's.
