A true Irish natural (Nádúrtha) Pét-Nat, Brut, crafted from Solaris grapes and Vicky Bittersweet Cider apples. Naturally fermented with blackberry, mulberry, tayberry, and Ballinaboola wildflower honey, the fermentation finishes in sturdy Champagne bottles and matures on the lees for 12 months. This process gives it a delicate berry aroma with hints of yeasty bread, leading to a medium-dry finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS - Perfect for any occasion or celebration! Enjoy with canapés and light bites, a favorite pairing with fresh salmon or trout, also excellent alongside white roasts, desserts, and Irish cheese.
WINEMAKERS TIPS - Serve chilled at 8-9°C. For best results, chill Champagne flutes in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Nádúrtha contains a touch of natural sediment, so pour slowly – it's perfect to drink as is, or even add a splash to your gravy!
AVAILABILITY - Nádúrtha is available in No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3. Nádúrtha No. 3 won bronze at the 2024 Blas an hÉireann Awards.
