🍇 Experience the Vineyard before Harvest: 8th of August

See the vines at their most beautiful; summer pruning will be finishing, thinning the leaves to let air and light reach the ripening grapes.

Join us on a journey through Viking Irish Drinks' organic smallholding and learn about the history and flavours of our distinctive vineyard and orchards. The tour includes visiting our vineyard, where you can see our wine grapes in full growth just before harvest. On the tour, you can sample our vineyard's exquisite offerings, and maybe some 2026 barrel samples.
